What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Personalized or clearance items are non-returnable. Customers cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after inspection. For exchanges, follow the return process and place a new order.
