At Playful Pets, we want you and your furry friends to love our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a hassle-free returns process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  • Please take note of the recommended leash/collar and harness width under each product description as we will not accept returns for accessories that do not fit. 

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless defective.

  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance are not eligible for return.

  • Products that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be accepted.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact our customer service team at info@playfulpets.co.za with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your return.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
