At Playful Pets, we strive to ensure a smooth and efficient shipping experience for our customers. Below are the details of our shipping policy:

1. Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • We offer the following shipping options: 

  • PUDO Locker to locker: R55
  • PUDO Locker to Door: R65
  • Express Shipping: R100 (2-3 days) 
  • International shipping: R380
  • All orders are shipped via PUDO or Aramex for reliable and timely delivery.

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days, depending on your location.

2. Order Processing & Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

3. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently only ship within South Africa.

  • We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes; a physical address is required.

  • Remote areas may experience longer shipping times.

4. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team for assistance.

  • Playful Pets is not responsible for shipping delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions or courier service issues.

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will work with Aramex to resolve the issue promptly.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund where applicable.
